New multipurpose Hub
Project for the construction of a new center dedicated to services consisting of four main buildings covering an area of approximately 7,000 square meters and related connected spaces, car parks, shelters and service and support buildings. Despite the productive nature of the intervention, great attention was paid to the outdoor hardscape between the buildings in order to create a pleasant and comfortable environment for workers
The project of the main buildings starts from sustainability needs: the bioclimatic approach, with a careful study of the exposure to the prevailing winds, design interior spaces whose comfort for users is maximum both in hygrometric terms. and in terms of lighting technology (daylighting) as a function of external conditions, by reducing the energy consumption.
The design of the external facades highlights the internal functional needs in the aesthetic choices: the office areas are treated differently from those dedicated to the warehouse, guaranteeing a dynamism of the elevations that mitigates the impact of the new buildings on the environment surrounding.
The intervention provides for the achievement of LEED certification at the GOLD level.
