CREW is gearing up to explore new horizons in innovation with its participation in the Innovation Roundtable®, an international event fostering connections among innovation managers, sharing experiences, and discovering best practices.

Through an exclusive network of events tailored for multinational companies, the Innovation Roundtable® provides a unique opportunity for inspiration and growth for managers, helping them strengthen the innovation foundation within their companies.

CREW has chosen to join the Innovation Roundtable® to embrace the culture of innovation and understand how leading companies tackle this issue. Our participation in these workshops is the first step toward understanding how to innovate and then implement it internally.

For 2024, we have selected the following WORKSHOPS, which will be attended by various CREW managers:

Participation in these interactive events, hosting leading global companies, will allow for a profound exchange of knowledge and dialogue on innovation challenges and how to implement specific practices within our company.

The Architect Benedetta Omarchi, our innovation expert in the company, attended the first masterclass in Copenhagen this week, during which she had the opportunity to immerse herself in Amazon's "Working Backwards" approach to innovation, led by industry expert Eric Tachibana.

The masterclass was an intensive dive into the innovation methods used by Amazon, allowing participants to work together and experience firsthand; from defining the customer, to prototyping and validation.

This participation has provided Benedetta with the opportunity to deepen her knowledge of innovation, leveraging Amazon's successful approach.
