Power Plant

The project involved the upgrading of an existing power plant, through the addition of new buildings and facilities to the existing structures and also the study of the integration of the complex in the urban environment. The site with a covered area of 18.910sqm.The project consisted of a single curved façade that, starting from the bend of the River as a tributary, brought together in a unique element the new buildings. The study of the external accommodation completed the project in its adjacent context, with the insertion of row of trees, woodlands and green walls that, mitigate, hide or integrate the whole project in the surrounding environment.
