Combined Cycle Power Plant

The combined cycle power plant in Sparanise has a maximum power output of 760 MW and a covered area of 100.000 sqm. The power plants are usually characterized by huge buildings with a high facades impact. However in Sparanise the implant is harmonized with the surrounding landscape, with a consequential reduction of the environmental impact. The use of three shades of blue, the darkest at the bottom, and the lightest at the top fragment the surfaces of the plant, with horizontal geometric patterns and, dematerialized the volumes, which due to rigorous technical requirement, were necessary wide.
