Turbogas

This project, that hasn't been realized, was a proposal for the construction of a cogeneration plant for the city heating system. 
The project establishes a strong correlation between the material perception of the building and the new space created among the station and the city center. The design guidelines can be summarized in the optimization of the implant in the natural environment, in the redevelopment of the area and in the dejection of the noise pollution.
The main theme used is reflection, made possible by the stainless steel cladding panels of the curved facade, that reflect the skyline and the park placed in front of it. 
The curved shape of the facade creates a warp of the reflected elements, generating a sort of dematerialization of the volume of building.
