Parking Lot

This project consists in the requalification of a pre-existent building which has been converted from a warehouse to a parking.
The façade design was decided taking care of the sorrounding environment and compatibly with the tecnological needs about spaces ventilation and durability.
Building façades are realized with metal cladding made of metal sheet panels of 15/10 mm thickness and drilled metal sheets with three different hole dimension in order to allow the necessary aeration.
Use of metal sheet panels allows to redesign the building shape, indeed the use of different types of metal sheets and the lack of them enlive the building elevation especially after sunset when the garage in enlighted from inside.
Entrances and ramps stand out through the use of colored metal sheets characterized from a bugnato finish.
The blue volume is treated as a signal totem that indicates its presence along Serenissima street.
